If you are outside our immediate service area, you can ship your unit to us for service. Please pack your device securely with our shipping form filled out entirely.  Insure your package for the full value and prepay shipping costs.  We can not accept COD packages.  If your unit is under manufacturer's warranty or a service agreement please provide a copy of the proof of purchase. Only ship the unit that is defective, no accessory items (remotes, manuals, etc.) are needed.  

If your unit is out of warranty, we will contact you for payment information once we receive your unit.  After an initial diagnosis is performed, we will provide you with an estimate.  If the estimate is approved, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the repair.  After the repair is complete, we will ship your unit back to you.  Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
